The Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA) issued a special greeting to mothers across the Kingdom Saturday: "Workout with your children at home to build bonds that last a lifetime." The instructive piece, part of the SFA's larger initiative "Baytak Nadeek" (your home is your gym) and Healthy Living, discusses how working out with your child at home is a rewarding experience that allows your little one to bond with you while staying fit and active. The article, with three YouTube video suggestions for easy Mommy and Me workouts, highlighted that these shared experiences also gives parents a "special time together with children that cultivates mutual interests and hobbies." SFA President Prince Khaled Bin Alwaleed Bin Talal explained the Healthy Living section is meant to "bring fitness and physical activity into every home, this is why our hashtag for the campaign is Baytak Nadeek." Prince Khaled added that the Healthy Living information portal is phase one of the larger campaign, and urged everyone to stay tuned to the website and social media and join the SFA online with their at home workouts. "We definitely want to support the Ministry of Health in any way we can, and Baytak Nadeek is critical at this juncture; stay home and stay safe and stay active," Prince Khaled said.
