Body found with medical reports

MAKKAH — Police in Makkah are investigating the discovery of a body near a Civil Defense station with medical reports next to it. Spokesman for Makkah police Lt. Col. Abdulmuhsen Al-Maiman said the body was carefully placed and covered. The medical reports said the man was an Ethiopian national diagnosed with brain tumor. Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution and forensics teams attended the body and preliminary investigations indicate that the man died of natural causes.
