The General Court in Riyadh has sentenced two Saudis to three years in prison for abducting and sodomizing a 19-year-old boy. In addition the two will get 350 and 300 lashes respectively. Al-Hayat quoted a security source as saying that the judges ruled out capital punishment due to lack of enough evidence. The two were found guilty of assaulting the teenager at gunpoint in a resort owned by one of them. A third accomplice is still wanted in the case.
