Abdulaziz, Asif Khan share 200-run partnership

Abdulaziz and Asif Khan were involved in a 200-run partnership in MBS Vision 2030 National Cricket Championship being organized by Saudi Cricket Centre, under the auspices of Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA) and Ministry of Labor & Social Development (MLSD). The matches were played at RCA Complex.
Huraymala League: Abaseen CC triumphed over Kashmir Strikers by 67 runs. Abaseen scored 216 for 9 wickets. Samiullah Khan, the MOM, smacked 54, Rehmatullah 45 and Naimatullah made 31. Sameer Rather, Shabir Bhat and Mushtaq Ahmed took 2 wickets each. Kashmir Strikers scored 150 in 20 overs. Sami Ul Amin slammed 35 and Shabir Bhat 33. Shahid Khan, Anwar Saleem, Salman Shahid and Nadar Khan picked up 2 wickets each.
Dana Trading CC defeated Nizamabad United by 5 wickets. Nizamabad collated 178/7 in 20 overs with Mujahid Khan scoring another ton 102(56) and was well supported by opener M. Sami 32(26). Anwar Ali and Mamun Miah took 2 wickets each. Dana Trading CC chased down the target, winning on last ball, scoring 179/5 in 20 overs mainly due to their skipper Navas CP, the MOM, 48(28), Riyas 62(45). Sheraj grabbed 3 wickets.
Lahore Sultans defeated Ashes CC by 3 wickets. Ashes piled up 150 in 19 overs. Annas Umer hit 42(18), Vivin Prakash 21 and Husain 33(22). Yasir Gafoor took 4 wickets. Lahore Sultans chased down the target in 18.4 overs. Umer Khatib scored 36(14), Yasir Gafoor, adjudged the MOM, 29(32) and Nusrat scored 28(20).
Green Bangla won against TBCC by 8 Wickets. TBCC posted 191/4 In 20 Overs. Ashik Ali Nazar added 69(38) and Shershad Ali 29(28). Mosharof Bappi took 3 wickets. Green Bangla passed the target with ease losing only 2 wickets. Zakir Hussain, picked the MOM, hit 103*(50) and Anwar Riaz scored 40(24). Abdus Salam took 1 wicket.
Riyadh Warriors defeated AKCC by 64 runs. Riyadh Warriors banking on double century stand between Abdulaziz, adjudged MOM, 130(54) and Asif Khan 100(65) collated 236/1 in 20 overs. AKCC could only manage 166/9 in 20 overs, Sabtain Mazhar 41(35) and Nadeem Jerah 34(29) provided some resistance. Zahid Riyaz picked 3 wickets whereas Syed Abdul Gafoor and Arsalan took 2 wickets each.
Dir Stars won by 8 runs against Koshar Blues. Ayad, the MOM, 84(29) and Ishraf 59(41) ensured DIR Stars a competitive 218/8 in 20 overs. Kamran grabbed 3 wickets and Qasim Abbasi had 2 wickets. Koshar Blue's Shahbaz 84(48) and Saqib Abbasi 39(28) gave a good fight but could manage only 210/5 in 20 overs.
Hayer League: King Lions XI won by 9 wickets against Almarai Cheese CC. Umair 89 (50) and Rasa Amel 56(40) collated 194/6 in 20 overs. Habib took 2 wickets and Rakeb 1. King Lions chased down the target of 197/1 in 20 overs mainly due to Mamum, the MOM, 111(47) and Rakib 62*(42).
Ar Riyadh Zalmi won by 39 runs against Kashmir Falcons. Ar Riyadh Zalmi belted 205/10 in 19.5 overs due to Arif Bhat, declared MOM, 53(31) and Gowhar Wani 42(27). Nisar Khan grabbed 3 and Arsalan Munawar 2 wickets. Kashmir Falcons Muhammad Wajid 53(35) and Sohail 34(30) offered a fight but could manage only 166/6 in 20 overs. Samiullah Najar grabbed 2 wickets.
Battagram Zalmi won by 24 runs against Deccan Chargers. Battagram Zalmi belted 168/9 in 20 overs as Rahel, THE MOM, smashed 41(17), Imroz 27(19) and Shah Hafeez 26(34). Shakhawat, Taimoor, Nawabzada and Muzaffar grabbed 2 wickets each. Deccan Chargers kept their hopes alive with Saad 53(28) and Shoaib 27(8) but could manage only 144/10 in 15.3 overs. Shahnawaz and Hamid grabbed 3 wickets.
Khyber Zalmi trounced GTCC by 41 runs. Khyber Zalmi collated 172/9 in 20 overs. Shahzab scored 31(10), Adnan 28(19) and Aurangazeb 28(19). Feroz grabbed 3 wickets and Amjad took 2 wickets. GTCC totaled 131/10 in 20 overs. Ghulam Nabi 41(29) and Amjad 37(29) offered some resistance. Taimoor, the MOM, grabbed 3 wickets while Wali and Shafar took 2 wickets each.
Phoenix CC won by 4 wickets against Banglar Tigers. Banglar Tigers collated 192/4 in 20 overs, Shahid smashed 64(48), Tuhin 51(39) and Zahid 40*(14). Phoenix started the chase with a bang as Subbayal Siddiqui 85(42) and Asif Yunus 40(37) made the chase of 195/6 achievable in 19.3 overs.
S&W Challengers XI won by 41 runs against Riyadh Zalmi. S&W Challengers XI totaled 175/7 in 18 overs mainly due to Haroon Rasheed, picked MOM, 60(30) and Fahad 34(21). Riyadh Zalmi could manage only 134/10 in 15.2 overs. Rizwan 57(38) and Tila 17(10) offered some resistance. Zain grabbed 4 wickets and Ashik took 2 wickets. — SG
