The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and the President of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov, currently on a visit to the Kingdom, held official talks here Monday, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said. During the audience, bilateral relations between the two countries were discussed, in addition to reviewing prospects of promoting and enhancing them in all domains and tackling an array of topics of mutual interest. The talks took place in the presence of Prince Faisal Bin Bandar, Emir of Riyadh Province; Prince Dr. Mansur Bin Miteb, minister of state, Cabinet member and advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques; Prince Abdulaziz Bin Saud Bin Naif, minister of interior; and Prince Faisal Bin Farhan Bin Abdullah, minister of foreign affairs, among others. From the Republic of Kyrgyzstan side, the talks were attended by the accompanying delegation to the president, including the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Kyrgyzstan Ambassador to the Kingdom Jomart Kadyrbaev. Then, King Salman and President Jeenbekov witnessed here Monday the signing of six agreements and memoranda of understanding (MoUs) between the governments of Saudi Arabia and the Kyrgyz Republic. An MoU in the field of Civil Defense was signed for the Saudi side by Prince Abdulaziz Bin Saud Bin Naif, minister of interior, and from the Kyrgyz side by the Minister of Emergency Khamidav Sapir. A cooperation agreement in the field of youth and sports was signed for the Saudi side by Prince Abdulaziz Bin Turki Al-Faisal, chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Sports Authority (GSA), and for the Kyrgyz side by the Director of the Government Sports and Youth Authority Amanqulov Kanat Maratowic. An MoU in the field of veterinary safety and phytosanitary ... for agricultural and animal products was signed for the Saudi side by the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Abdulrahman Bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadhli and for the Kyrgyz side by the Foreign Minister Chingiz Aidarbekov. A memorandum of scientific and educational cooperation was signed for the Saudi side by the Minister of Education Dr. Hamad Bin Muhammad Al-Asheikh and for the Kyrgyz side by the Minister of Science and Education Isakov Qanbek. A memorandum of cooperation in the field of retirement was signed for the Saudi side by the Governor of the General Pension Agency Muhammad Bin Talal Al-Nahhas and for the Kyrgyz side by the representative of the Retirement Institution Irsev Medir Eisengoloech. A financing agreement for the project to construct and rehabilitate the Issykul Ring Road was signed for the Saudi side by the Vice-President and Managing Director of the Saudi Fund for Development Dr. Khaled Bin Suleiman Al-Khudairi and for the Kyrgyz side by the Minister of Finance Battukkul Gyenbekova.
