Najm for Insurance Services signed an agreement with leading global software company SAP last Nov. 28 to acquire its latest programs and cloud services available in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The agreement aims to strengthen Najm's technology infrastructure and equip it with world-class technologies, in particular Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) which form a backbone for amplifying internal management operations and contribute towards reducing costs, increasing productivity and efficiency, and achieving customer satisfaction at Najm to enhance the quality of life in the Kingdom as outlined in the Saudi Vision 2030. In this regard, CEO of Najm Dr. Mohammad Al Suliman said SAP was selected owing to its significant and extensive technological offerings that match the vision and strategy of Najm regarding advancing its technological capabilities and organizing work operations to guarantee their continuity and quality for the benefit of citizens, residents, and visitors in the Kingdom. Al Suliman also said the agreement is expected to add value and reflect positively on all operational aspects at Najm to develop the insurance sector with support from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority. Moreover, he highlighted Najm's development efforts and accomplishments achieved following the launch of Saudi Vision 2030, including updating its corporate identity, pursuing digitization, and offering new services that utilize the latest technologies including AI, machine learning, and future predicting. Furthermore, Al Suliman reiterated Najm's commitment toward improving its services and enhancing client satisfaction to achieve sector growth. He further stressed on the significance of this agreement in augmenting Najm's offerings through providing highly accurate and efficient services with a 30% increase in productivity and a 20% increase in project spending.
