JEDDAH — The Chairman of the Supervisory Committee for Makkah Route Initiative and Director General of Passports (Jawazat) Maj. Gen. Sulaiman Bin Abdulrahman Al-Yahya received on Friday night the second batch of Malaysian pilgrims at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah within the Makkah Route Initiative, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said Saturday.
The Malaysian pilgrims were also received by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Haj and Umrah for Haj Affairs Dr. Hussein Al-Shareef; and the Director of Haj Affairs at the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) Mazin Bazuhair.
The Malaysian pilgrims were received with roses, dates and Zamzam water. The pilgrims expressed happiness over the warm welcome and easy travel procedures.
