savvy Indian forger, Abdul Qayoum, was arrested from his den in Al-Rowais District here on Tuesday. The arrested person allegedly forged documents, such as, health certificates, licenses and official seals. Acting on a tip-off, the Passports Department set a trap and sent an Indian national acting as a customer to get a forged health card which the culprit allegedly handed over to him in two minutes for SR500. The sleuths apprehended the alleged culprit while he was handing over the card to the “customer”. Hundreds of forged health certificates, licenses, stamps, a computer and a scanner were seized from the suspect's home. The suspect sold health certificates to legal workers for SR300 and the same document was sold to overstayers for SR500. – Okaz __
