Rawabi Holding Group and The Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic's (SPSP) graduates met at the Mercure Hotel in Al-Khobar for an overview of the latters' professional future ahead and the opportunities awaiting them at the end of their training. The meeting included introductions presented by six general managers in the Rawabi Holding Group in the presence of the Group Chairman Sheikh Abdulaziz Alturki and the Group President & CEO Osman Ali Ibrahim. Ninety-six SPSP trainees from the operation, drilling, welder, electrical and mechanical sections were present. In his opening speech, Group President & CEO pointed out that the Group's entities' common strength relies on their employees and it is built around them. “This meeting is part of a larger vision of “empowering” our Saudi youth by investing in them and presenting opportunities for their growth within our group of companies. Our employees deserve to be properly skilled just as they deserve to expect from us the support and the chance to prove themselves on the level of international standards of professionalism and work ethics.” The meeting also shed light on the Group's achievements over the last year and the importance of investing in the company's human capital through increased training programs next to developing both practical programs and pro-active campaigns. Sheikh Abdulaziz said the Group focuses on a common goal. “Rawabi Holding's care toward its employees and their personal success is as important as our external relations and has always been among our priorities knowing that they are one of the main structural components which helped it grow and keep on growing over three decades and years to come.” He added: “Promoting internal relations has allowed us to win the trust of our employees while motivating them and encouraging them to advance.” The partnership between Rawabi Holding Group and SPSP falls in line with the company's slogan “Powered by People” and is part of the HR department's efforts to enhance opportunities for new employees to grow and excel. Six general managers of Rawabi Holding's business units presented their respective companies to the graduates, they are: General Manager of Rawabi Trading & Contracting Graeme Thomson; Fawzi Al Alwan, General Manager, Rawabi Electric and Rawabi Specialized Enclosures; Wael Battah, Deputy General Manager, Rawabi Industrial Support Services; Ashraf Abdul Hakim, General Manager, Rawabi Specialized Contracting; and Group Business Advisor Ihab Khayyat on behalf of the General Manager of Rawabi United Safety Services. — SG
