Minister of Haj, Dr. Fuad Abdulsalam Al-Farsy (Right), on Saturday made an inspection tour of a number of Tawafa (Perambulation) establishments including the non-governmental establishments for pilgrims from Turkey, Europe, America, Australia and Iran. During the tour, the minister was accompanied by Hatim Qadi, Undersecretary of the Haj Ministry, and other senior officials. Dr. Al-Farsy said about three million Umrah visas were issued this year worldwide. He said the government has been able to end the overstayers' menace considerably as only one percent of the pilgrims did not return home after the pilgrimage.
