The Director General of Student Activities at the Ministry of Education, Nasir Al-Qarni, said the Ministry has approved 200 Ramadan clubs, around the Kingdom with a budget of SR25,000 each, Al-Watan reported. The clubs are geared towards motivating students to use their free time more wisely this summer as well as developing different skills and talents. Al-Qarni said the Ministry hopes that through these clubs they can increase students' loyalty to their society, leaders and Ulema, as well as developing their sense of preserving the country's institutions and services. Each club is supervised by the Supervision and Management Commission, which includes supervisors of several activities such as social, cultural and literary activities, scientific and artistic activities as well as vocational activities.
