10 years and 1500 lashes for burglar

The Court of Cassation attested the verdict issued by the General Court in Riyadh to a man convicted of theft and sentenced to 10 years in prison and 1500 whiplashes.
Al-Nadheem Police Station received several reports of thefts of jewelry as well as electronic appliances from homes and shops.
The man was arrested in a trap set up by Al-Nadheem Police.
The man confessed to burglarizing homes and shops in addition to stealing several cars and racing with them. – Okaz __
