He noted Al-Jabr Electronic's move to increase Haier products in the Saudi market through many positive steps, most notably their after sale client services to guarantee their clients complete satisfaction. He said Haier is considered one of the most successful home appliances brands globally. Hisham Al-Jabr, general manager of Al-Jabr Electronic, said the company's sales increased to 40 percent in 2012, adding that sales of Haier brand increased to five percent in the Saudi market. “This positive shift in the sales reflects the level of satisfaction among consumers toward the many services Haier offers – from the point of purchase until the after-sales services with many maintenance centers spread around the Kingdom. He added that recent studies and statistics conducted by independent statistical centers confirmed the wide expansion of Haier brand.
