TABUK — Police patrols in Tabuk apprehended an Arab expatriate who allegedly impersonated a lecturer in Tabuk University and sold notes of lectures to students. Tabuk Region police spokesman Maj. Khaled Ahmad Al-Ghabban said the expatriate was arrested after Al-Azizia police station received a report from a Saudi national who claimed he had been conned by a bogus lecturer. The man sold him summaries of lectures. Investigations are still under way.
