Enabling work for Executive Bay starts

the luxury lifestyle provider and Middle East's largest private sector master developer - has awarded over a AED15 million enabling work contract for Executive Bay located in Business Bay. The enabling work, which started on July 21, 2008, has been awarded to Al-Habtoor Engineering Enterprises - one of the leading names in construction in the region. Al-Habtoor was also recently awarded the Park Central and Capital Bay projects at Business Bay. The contract includes shoring piles, excavation and anchoring. The value of the contract exceeds AED15 million and the enabling work is expected to be completed by December this year.
