RIYADH — The Overseas Chapter of India Islamic Cultural Center (IICC) for UP and Bihar will be inaugurated in Riyadh on Thursday, January 3 at Riyadh Makareem Hotel (Sahara Airport Hotel). Siraj Qureshi, Chairman of IICC, will announce the establishment of the overseas branch. A reception in honor of K. Rahman Khan, Minister of Minority Affairs of India, will also be held. IICC has also decided to open life membership of the Center. Notably, it is almost closed in India. The NRI life membership is 75,000 Indian rupees (about SR5,000). The program, hosted by a reception committee that includes representatives of many associations based in Riyadh, has Chaudhary Mahboob Ali Qaiser, President of the Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee, as the guest of honor. Nadeem Tarin will deliver the keynote address.
