Arabtec has been awarded the contract for the execution of 134 villas and the associated infrastructure works in Jumeirah Park, Dubai. The contract is valued at over AED159 million with the four bedroom “Legacy” villas expected to be completed in 15 months. “Jumeirah Park is a prestigious development and construction of the Legacy villas is an important contract for Arabtec,” said newly appointed Managing Director of Arabtec, Hasan Ismaik.
