MUMBAI — Eoin Morgan smacked a six off the last ball to help England win the second match and share the Twenty20 series honors (1-1) with India here Saturday. Morgan, needing three runs from the last delivery, hit a straight six off the Indian paceman Ashok Dinda to remain unbeaten on 49 in company of Jos Buttler (15 not out) and lead England home. Earlier, England won the toss and put India in and the hosts made the most of some wayward bowling to post 177-8, Virat Kohli top-scoring with a dashing 38. In reply, openers Michael Lumb scored 50 and Alex Hales 42 before Yuvraj Singh put the brakes on with 3-17. Suresh Raina led the Indian fightback with skipper MS Dhoni and helped the host reach a decent score. Raina and Dhoni put on a quick-fire 60 run partnership with Dhoni hitting 3 boundaries and 2 sixes and Raina remaining not out at 34 and having 3 boundaries and a six to his credit. India then lost the wickets of Dhoni (38 off 18 balls) and Ravichandran Ashwin (1) in quick succession. It put brakes on Indian charge.
