‘Midnight's Children' slated for February release in India

MUMBAI — Deepa Mehta's film adaptation of the novel “Midnight's Children” is slated to be released in India in February, the Indian Express newspaper said Friday.
The film has been doing the festival rounds and will be released in India by PVR. “‘Midnight's Children' will most likely be released in India in February because we are trying to coincide it with the international release of the film,” said Sanjeev Kumar Bijli, JMD, PVR Ltd.
The cast includes Shriya Saran, Rahul Bose, Soha Ali Khan, Siddharth Narayan, Anupam Kher, Shabana Azmi, Seema Biswas and Shahana Goswami. — Agencies
