A Saudi married couple were admitted to a hospital Thursday evening in Al-Ansar Hospital for food poisoning shortly after eating at a fast food restaurant. Majed Abdullah said at midnight on Thursday both he and his wife had a chicken meal from a fast-food restaurant in Al-Areedh District but one hour later both started to feel nauseous and began vomiting. They both went to Al-Ansar hospital for treatment. Medical tests revealed they were suffering from food poisoning. They remained at the hospital for two hours for treatment. Abdullah said he contacted police and demanded they investigate the incident. – Okaz __
