JEDDAH — A remarkable performance by the students of Al Shoa'a International School (ASIS) earned the school a prestigious position in “Middle East Maths Challenge” held on Nov. 6 and 7. The “Middle East Maths Challenge” is a competition that encourages students to participate based on their own abilities in Mathematics. Around 25,535 contestants from 299 prestigious institutions of the Middle East competed with each other for the glittering trophy. A great zeal and enthusiasm could be seen among the kids, which made the competition even more interesting and fascinating. Siddhant of grade 2 bagged the second rank in Top 10 Student Champion's primary category. Kumaravendhan of grade 3, Ananya, Hasna Fatima and John L of grade 4, also performed brilliantly in the competition. ASIS was ranked seventh in Top 10 School Champions in the Middle East and was placed second in Saudi Arabia.
