(STC) has enhanced its network capability and operational efficiency by providing the latest broadband services, equipped with 4G, 3G 42Mbps, FTTH, and high-speed Internet VDSL. The company increased its 4G network coverage to more than 2000 sites in the Kingdom, continuing to consolidate its leadership in the provision of 4G LTE services, in line with its ambitious plans to promote and enhance the company's position as the biggest service provider in the Middle East. STC continues to implement its development strategy by continuously searching for innovative tools to ensure smooth call traffic and to accommodate the increasing customer demand. The company further employs all its human and material resources to accomplish the strategic expansion of fiber optic networks in the Kingdom's main cities, and to link all sectors and utilities, including residential and commercial projects, with the latest communication technologies, in its continuous quest to provide modern solutions that accommodate the ongoing infrastructure development with FTTH and high-speed 4G networks. STC has set out on an ambitious project to link Saudi homes with fiber optics network.
