Ministry ‘will not backtrack'

JEDDAH – The Ministry of Labor said Friday it will not backtrack on enforcing the Cabinet decision to levy a monthly fee of SR200 for every foreigner exceeding the number of Saudi workers in any private sector company.
Hattab Al-Enezi, spokesman for the Ministry of Labor, said the decision came into effect on Nov. 15.
