JEDDAH — Grohe, the world's leading premium brand for bathroom fittings, has bagged two prestigious projects at the Al Baha University and Jouf University in the Kingdom. The top-level universities selected Grohe products for their main faculty areas, administrative buildings and dormitories. This adds to Grohe's success story in Saudi Arabia. Selected for their uncompromising quality and highly sophisticated design, the Grohe products will provide the universities with a selection of bathroom fittings that meet the residents' every need. Each university has around 2,000 bathrooms where the Grohe Europlus range of products will form the backbone of the new fittings. Grohe's Atrio range will be used in the main bathrooms of dormitories, as well as some of their public bathrooms. Kitchen mixers from the Grohe Minta range will also be featured. Each university has about 500 dormitory units to accommodate both staff and students, married and single alike. The new projects have continued the tradition of Grohe supplying the faucets, showers and flushing systems for every project of the Ministry of Higher Education in the Kingdom since 2010. Grohe is a preferred supplier in the Kingdom. Tarek Khayat, Grohe Project Manager for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, said: “This is another proud moment for Grohe as we have been chosen to equip our products to not one but two prestigious universities in Saudi Arabia. These project wins continue our long-standing relationship with the Ministry for Higher Education in the Kingdom – something we at Grohe are extremely proud of. “All of the Grohe products being provided are characterized by distinctive designs while at the same time showcasing the unmistakeable Grohe style. We hope that we offer the students and faculty an unmatched holistic water experience.” The projects in both universities are due to be completed in 2013. — SG
