After 17 years of work at a Jeddah college a woman discovers her pension didn't exist. Eidah Humaida Abubaker worked for 17 years at the Girls' Education College in Jeddah where she was paying a portion of her salary to the General Organization of Social Insurance (GOSI) to be put in her pension fund. When it came time to retire she discovered there was no money for her. She said the money was automatically deducted from her salary by the financial department at the college where she worked through a GOSI insurance plan. When she asked for the issue to be clarified she was told by GOSI authorities that there was no official record of a GOSI subscription for her. – Okaz __
