Brett Favre's all-star career with Green Bay has likely come to an end amid back-and-forth accusations between the three-time league MVP and the Packers management. Packers head coach Mike McCarthy said Tuesday that he believes Favre has played his last game as a member of the National Football League club. “That's where we concluded in our conversation,” said McCarthy, who met with Favre prior to Tuesday afternoon's practice. “He basically is not in the right mind-set to play here, because of all the things that went on.” Favre, who owns virtually every NFL career passing record, and the Packers failed to reach an agreement regarding his future with the franchise said McCarthy. Favre met with team officials Tuesday at Lambeau Field where the team is holding its training camp. Favre drove away from the Packers' training camp without taking to the field. “The football team has moved forward, the train has left the station,” McCarthy said. “He needs to jump on the train, or if we can't get past all the things that have happened, I have to keep the train moving. He respects that, he understands that.”
