An allegedly mentally disturbed man jumped into a water tank at his family home at Al-Ghasalah district on Monday and drowned. Family members said the 28-year old young man, was suffering from psychological disorders over the past two years. They said he had gone out to buy groceries. The family found the bag containing the groceries at the front door and the lid to the water tank had been removed. The family called Civil Defense teams which later retrieved the young man's body. Police said no foul-play was involved. – Okaz __
