Four youths out for a swim in the sea off Salwa nearly died when they were tossed by the waves and caught in strong currents. Luckily for them a fifth boy in their group managed to alert the Frontier Guard whose rescue team, including divers, managed to reach and haul them back to the shore. Following the incident, Col. Muhammad Al-Ghamdi, Public Relations director in the Eastern Province Frontier Guard, issued a cautionary notice, Monday, urging safety precautions and swimming only in specified zones. – Okaz __
