MANILA — Derek Ramsay has not reclaimed the Mini Cooper he gave Angelica Panganiban in 2009 to mark their third year anniversary as a couple. The actor-model himself addressed the issue via Twitter saying, “Wow!! This isn't true!” The matter relating to the car being repossessed by Ramsay emerged a week ago after Panganiban posted pictures of a brand new Mercedes Benz via Instagram. Some wags maliciously assumed that actor John Lloyd Cruz, rumored to be Panganiban's new friend, bought the P5.1 million worth luxury vehicle for the actress after Ramsay supposedly took back the Mini Cooper he gave her after they broke up last May. Ramsay is seemingly exasperated about the whole brouhaha, mb.com.ph reported. “Wishing all the fake tsismis would stop,” he tweeted Tuesday. Early on, Ramsay defended Panganiban from insinuations about her supposed meeting with Cruz during a film shoot in Vietnam being the reason for their breakup. He assured his ex-girlfriend of continued support. “Be strong @IamAngelicaP. We all know who you are and that there's no truth to what's being said.
