FERROL, Spain — Britain's Stephen Cummings of BMC won the 13th stage of the Tour of Spain Friday while Spaniard Joaquim Rodriguez held on to the overall leader's red jersey. Cummings launched an attack in the final kilometer of the relatively flat 172.8-km ride from Santiago de Compostela to Ferrol and crossed the finish line ahead of Australia's Cameron Meyer of Orica. Spain's Juan Antonio Flech of Sky finished third. Britain's Christopher Froome, the runner-up at this year's Tour de France, is third in the overall standings, 53 seconds behind the leader. The race finishes on Sept. 9 in Madrid. — AP
