Toshiba Gulf Computer Systems Division has launched a Windows 8 Pro Upgrade Offer scheme. Anyone purchasing a Toshiba Windows 7 PC with an “Approved for Sale in the Middle East" sticker from July 22 to November 30 should keep the sales receipt ready for the Windows 8 Pro upgrade on the launch day. Upon successful OS upgrade, users need to present the sales receipt, along with the Windows 8 Upgrade Offer receipt to a Toshiba approved reimbursement center to claim a full refund.
