Eight unidentified illegal immigrants, died of dehydration in Al-Banah Desert, 50 kilometers east of Al-Jenainah rural center of Bisha Governorate. The bodies were found at almost equal distances from their vehicle, according to security officials. Security officials said the eight illegal immigrants were attempting to travel via the desert between the Bisha and Tathleeth governorates. On the way they were trapped in the sand but were unable to remove the vehicle. Civil Defense teams found four bodies near the stranded vehicle, three bodies 5km away, and an eighth body 5km away but in a different location. Forensic teams deployed to the scene said the men had been dead for two days before they were found. Police are searching for other survivors after they received information the vehicle had more than eight passengers. Lt. Col. Ali ‘Arwan, Director of Al-Neqai' Police, Maj.
