Criminal records of people loitering after midnight to be checked

Muwaih Police said loiterers seen after midnight will be taken into custody and checked for criminal records.
A security source in Al-Muwaih Police said if the loiterers have no criminal record, they will be released after their identification papers and Iqamas (residency permits) are checked. – Okaz __
