JOHANNESBURG — A South African couple who had pledged to only get married when it snowed in Johannesburg have finally tied the knot after surprise snow covered the city. The couple — Rui Moca and Monique Joubert — had originally planned to wed next year during the winter but when the city was surprisingly covered in a blanket of the white stuff they decided to get married immediately and achieve their dream of a “real'' white wedding. Monique's sister called Jacaranda FM to tell them about the couple's plans, and the radio station began organizing a minister, lawyer, photographer, flowers, cake and limo enabling the bride and groom to marry in the studio in the early evening that day. — Agencies
