Territory means power

This is regarding the Myanmar genocide (July 31). Territorial imperative is ingrained in the DNA of “every living creature”. Territory means survival of the species — in this case, the people of Myanmar who happen to be Muslim and Buddhist. In Africa we witness the same. Israel annexes land belonging to the Palestinians. Look at Syria: territory (economic control) is imperative.
Leaders of nations are silent because one day it may happen in their country. China has many minorities. Predominantly Catholic Spain has problems with Catalu?a and Fuskadi (Basque) regarding autonomy. Territory means power.
