LOS ANGELES — Selena Gomez to play rock ‘n' roll chick in new film. The 20-year-old singer-and-actress is to star alongside Nat Wolff in indie movie “Parental Guidance Suggested”, which will see her portray Nina Pennington, the love interest of 16-year-old Ric Thibault (Nat) in a movie based on Ric Browde's 2000 novel “While I'm Dead ... Feed the Dog”. Tim Garrick has penned the script for the movie and will direct, with ‘Secret Life of American Teenager' star Austin Stowell in line to play Nina's overbearing friend. — Agencies
