Drug-dealing inmates get 400 lashes

Nasser Bin Khalaf Al-Dowsari, Chief Judge of Wadi Al-Dawasir Courts, sentenced 13 inmates in Wadi Al-Dawasir Prison with 40 to 200 lashes for dealing drugs while still in prison.
First Lt. Hamoud Rasheed Al-Dowsari, Director of Prisons in Wadi Al-Dawasir, said he made a surprise inspection to the prison's cells where he discovered the drugs.
