Loeb popped the question during a Mexican getaway to ring in the actress' 40th birthday. Vergara, Loeb and a group of pals have flocked to the Rosewood Mayakoba spa resort in the Riviera Maya, according to People.com, where a Monday sightseeing trek became a much bigger milestone for the couple.
