Saudi Electricity Company, ICT Sector, was honored at the Annual Middle East Call Center 2012 Awards organized recently by INSIGHTS in Dubai. On behalf of SEC ICT, Executive Director, Yahya I. Abdulrahman accepted the awards from Dr. Dominick Keenaghan, CEO, INSIGHTS. The SEC ICT Call Center took the awards for “Best Career and Skills Path” and “Best Fast-Track Development.” INSIGHTS received more than 1,200 award nominations from call centers in the Middle East. Of these, 50 call centers were shortlisted and 15 call centers won awards.
