Haji Husein Alireza & Co (HHA), the Mercury importer-dealer in the Kingdom, recently opened a new branch in Jeddah, expanding its Mercury network to a total of 16 with two more in the pipeline. The Jeddah Automall branch opening was attended by HHA executives as well as senior management from Ford Motor Company's export operations and the Middle East. HHA is further intensifying the growth drive in its network across the Kingdom, where two more Mercury dealership facilities are planned this year in Khobar and Onaizah-Qasim to serve more Mercury customers. Ali H. Alireza, managing director and general manager of HHA, said: “Our new showroom at Jeddah Automall serves the discerning tastes of customers who are on the lookout for products that speak of finer things in life. It's also a perfect opportunity for us to showcase the largest line up of Mercury ever and the debut of our latest offering, the Mercury Mariner compact SUV.” Waldo Galan, managing director of Ford Middle East, said: “ HHA's commitment to the brand, its efforts to bring some of the best Mercury ownership experiences to Saudi consumers, coupled with its investments in expanding its network are truly commendable.” Mercury, Ford's mid-luxury brand, receives a boost this year with the arrival of compact SUV, the Mariner. The line up features the largest product offering to date and speaks of more choices for customers who want something distinguished but not ostentatious. Apart from Mariner, the Mercury line up for 2008 includes: the mid-size sedan Milan, full-size sedan Montego, all time classic Grand Marquis, and the mid-size SUV Mountaineer. __
