International Indian School Dammam Boys Scout Squadron attended the 2nd Annual Saudi Scout Training Camp held at the National Scout Training Camp in Riyadh Thursday, under the patronage of Bharat Saudi Scouts. Two hundred and sixty seven Scouts and 18 Scouts Masters from 11 Indian schools in Saudi Arabia attended the training camp. Dr. E K Mohd Shaffe, Principal and Head of Institution of International Indian School Dammam (IISD) and Scouts Commissioner, was the chief organizer of the Camp. Dr. Syed Hameed, Principal - IIS Jubail and Training Commissioner of Scouts, and Lt. Col. J A Rocque, Principal-Incharge IISD - girls section and organizing Commissioner of Scouts led the three-day camp. The Saudi National Scouts Department under the leadership of Dr. Anwar Abdullah Abo Abaat, Chief of Scout Activity Department; Mohammed Al Mehmood, Director of Boys Scouts; Dr. Al Fahad, Boys Scouts; and Khalid, Camp Commander, extended all support to make this camp a great success. Manohar Ram, Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of India, graced the occasion as the chief guest. Aslam Mohiddin Meer, Chairman, International Indian School, Riyadh (IISR), Dr. Shaukat Parvez, Principal and HOI, IISR, HNS Rao, and other dignitaries graced the occasion. — SG __
