A 26-year-old Pakistani hacker was arrested by police after a failed blackmail attempt. He has been charged trying to extort money from a Saudi after he hacked his email account. According to the complainant, the hacker demanded SR14,000 to be deposited to his account for the email account to be freed. Later, he sent an email demanding an additional SR16,000. Police set up a trap after the email owner agreed to pay. On the agreed date and location, the hacker appeared and was promptly arrested. __
