Police arrested a 40-year-old Filipino expatriate for allegedly raping a 3-year-old girl. The accused man works as a nutritionist at a hospital nursery in Tabuk where the child was regularly dropped off. The parents of the child work at the same hospital and left their daughter at the nursery and picked her up at the end of the day. When picking her up from the nursery last week, the couple were alarmed to see their daughter frightened and trembling. When the scared child had trouble walking and asked her mother to go to the bathroom, her mom became suspicious and took the girl to the emergency room where a doctor found semen stains on the child's body. After extensive investigation with the nursery staff, the man was arrested by police and put in jail. He will be referred to the Bureau of Investigation and Prosecution soon. __
