Madinah Civil Defense has completed its investigation over the death of an expatriate secretary in Madinah. The secretary, Abdullah Bouka, worked for the branch of the Culture and Arts Society (CAS), which is run by the Ministry of Culture and Information. He died last Wednesday when a wall fell on him while he was trying to open the front gate. Sources told Okaz/Saudi Gazette that the case was referred to the Madinah District Court, which will decide who will pay the blood money for the secretary's death – the Ministry of Culture and Information which has been responsible for running the society since 2005 or the General Presidency of Youth Welfare (GPYW) which owns the building and was responsible for running the society until 2005. __
