NEXUS Flight Operations Services inaugurated this week its 6-week Flight Dispatch training course to qualify the second batch of trainees, which includes 16 young Saudis in flight operations sector. The course, which is in compliance with major General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) regulatory requirements, is supported by the global aviation training leaders FlightSafety International, and is conducted in presence of the Human Resources Development Council's representative. Several major companies related to aviation industry in the Kingdom have been enrolled to the Flight Dispatch course, as one of the most technical training courses through which trainees will obtain a flight dispatcher certificate approved by GACA. Students from all over the Kingdom have enrolled in this training course motivated by their interest to join the aviation industry, amid rapid industry growth based on the ambitious plan adopted by the GACA, under the directives of Prince Fahd Bin Abdullah, President of GACA, to open the doors wide for investors in aviation industry and to encourage logistic services providers. NEXUS Flight Operations Services is one of the first national companies specialized in this industry. NEXUS is providing its logistic services to several local and international airlines and operators. Recently, NEXUS expanded regionally and internationally to India and Europe, in addition to its branches in Bahrain and Rwanda, with plans to inaugurate more branches in China and Russia.
