The US consulate will be holding a four-day commerce and cultural festival in Abha starting April 30, a press release issued by the consulate here, said. The festival, under the patronage of Prince Faisal Bin Khaled, Emir of Asir region, is being supported by Abha Chamber of Commerce and Industry, it said. The festival at Abha Palace Hotel will have a variety of exciting cultural and educational activities, including drawing lessons for children, presentations on education in America and ways to obtain student and tourism visas to the United States. The festival will include American and Saudi music and documentaries. Workshops on English language instruction have also been planned for English teachers at public middle and high schools. Visitors will have an opportunity to meet with experts from the US Foreign Commercial Service who will give presentations and answer questions about doing business with American firms and ways top connect with potential American partners, the press release added.
