Egyptian actress Rania Farid Shawqi is shooting two TV series for next Ramadan, “Falcon” and “Girls”. She told an Arabic daily that she had to change her look fifteen times for the “Girls” series as she played different roles. “I'm crazy about playing difficult roles because they distinguish talented actors from the rest. As an actress, I have to convince viewers of the different roles I'm playing. No doubt, it's a great challenge that I love.” Starring Mimi Jamal, Safa Jamal, and Yasmine Jamal, “Girls” discusses several social issues related to women. In “Falcon”, Rania is married and has a baby but she is head over heels in love with another man who loves another woman. She works hard to make him fall in love with her.
