Fans of Sloom Haddad will enjoy seeing him in three TV series this Ramadan. The Syrian actor is almost done shooting his part for “Al-Omaimi,” in which he plays the role of Murad Bek, which the late Khalid Taja should have played. He plays the role of a wise man and the chief of an alley in Damascus who is consulted by people for their problems. In the second series “Era of Al-Bargout,” Haddad plays a filthy rich but cheapskate person whose wife dies of disease and hunger. The third is a comedy called “A Delicate Eye,” written by Syrian actress Amal Arafa and which focuses on issue about the youth and people living on the margins of society.
