Three Pakistani expatriates were arrested while trying to sell gold-plated iron as gold ore. They were caught in a sting operation by police who had been tipped off about the gang conning people by claiming to have found gold ore during excavations east of Quba in Madina. An expatriate was set up as an interested buyer. He negotiated and struck a deal for SR50,000. The four came to a prearranged meeting point to close the deal, and got arrested. – Okaz __
