An Arab daily reported recently that actress Mai Sleem, who is a guest of honor in the “Vertigo” television series starring Hind Sabri, said her roles must carry a message. “Being guest of honor does not detract from the value of an actress. I always look for roles that add value to my career regardless of the frequency of appearance.” The series is an adaptation of a novel of the same title written by Ahmad Murad and based on the famous classic film “Vertigo” by the British director Alfred Hitchcock.
